Disable or Delete a Carrier

Note: Disabling Shipink agreements requires a Başlangıç or Profesyonel plan. Free plan users cannot deactivate Shipink carriers. Your own carrier agreements can be disabled or deleted on any plan.

1. Go to Carriers

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Carriers in the left menu.

2. Click the Edit Button

Find the carrier you want to remove and click the Edit button on its card.

3. Disable or Delete the Carrier

In the panel that opens, you will see the following options depending on the carrier type:

• Shipink agreements ("SHIPINK ANLAŞMASI"): Click "Devre dışı bırak" (Disable) to deactivate the carrier from your account. (Requires Başlangıç or Profesyonel plan)
• Your own agreements ("KENDİ ANLAŞMANIZ"): You can either click "Devre dışı bırak" (Disable) to temporarily deactivate the carrier, or click "Anlaşmayı sil" (Delete agreement) to permanently remove it from your account.
