Cancel Shipment
Learn how to cancel an existing shipment through the Shipink panel.
1. Find the Order
Go to Orders from the top menu, then click on the order whose shipment you want to cancel to open the detail panel.
2. Click "Cancel Shipment"
In the order detail panel, click "Gönderiyi İptal Et" (Cancel Shipment).
3. Confirm the Cancellation
Confirm the action in the dialog that appears. The shipment will be voided and the tracking number will be released.
