SMS Notifications
Learn how to configure the SMS notifications sent to your customers throughout the shipping process.
1. Go to Notifications
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Notifications in the left menu.
2. Select Your SMS Notification Preferences
Choose which stages trigger an SMS notification to your customers:
- When the shipping label is created
- When the carrier picks up the shipment
- When the package is out for delivery
- When delivered
- When a return code is created
- When the shipment is waiting at the carrier branch

3. Save
Click "Bildirim tercihlerini güncelle" (Update notification preferences) to apply your preferences.
