Top Up Balance
Learn how to add credit to your Shipink account balance.
How shipping fees are charged: When you create a shipment, the fee is deducted from your balance first. If your balance is insufficient, it is charged directly to your saved credit card. Learn more about billing
1. Go to My Account
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click My Account in the left menu.
2. Click "Bakiye yükle"
Click the "Bakiye yükle" (Top Up Balance) button.
3. Select an Amount
In the dialog that opens, select one of the preset amounts (₺1000, ₺5000, ₺10000) or choose "Özel" (Custom) to enter a specific amount.
4. Confirm
Optionally enable "3D Secure ile öde" for extra security, then click "Bakiye yükle" to complete. The amount will be charged to your default saved card.
