How Billing Works
Understand how Shipink charges for shipments, plans, and when invoices are generated.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are charged instantly each time you create a shipment.
- If you have sufficient account balance, the fee is deducted from your balance.
- If your balance is insufficient, the fee is charged directly to your saved credit card.
Keeping your balance topped up ensures uninterrupted shipment creation even without a card on file.
Plan Fees
Your subscription plan fee is not charged immediately when you switch plans. Instead, it is included in your monthly invoice and collected after the invoice is generated.
Invoices
Invoices are generated between the 1st and 5th of each month, covering all charges from the previous month. Plan fees from the previous month are collected at this point.
You can view your recent transactions on the My Account page under Son işlem kayıtları (Recent Transactions).
